I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. "I was hired as an RCM Specialist at Advantun Health, but after just two months, I was unexpectedly demoted to an Associate position without clear justification. The management at Advantun Health is highly unsupportive, frequently changing employee positions without proper communication. Asking questions or seeking clarity from managers often leads to threats of termination, creating a hostile and stressful work environment. Sujay, in particular, has been the worst manager I've encountered in my career, contributing significantly to the toxic atmosphere.
