Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management decisions are correct. Company policies are good but appraisal are not fair.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics with team leader and some team mates but management doesn't take any action if they know.

"I was hired as an RCM Specialist at Advantun Health, but after just two months, I was unexpectedly demoted to an Associate position without clear justification. The management at Advantun Health is highly unsupportive, frequently changing employee positions without proper communication. Asking questions or seeking clarity from managers often leads to threats of termination, creating a hostile and stressful work environment. Sujay, in particular, has been the worst manager I've encountered in my career, contributing significantly to the toxic atmosphere.
