Job security so weak due to over manipulations & over political parties to spoils & disturbed seniors to create duplicacy in spare parts & take over excessive black money in company . That's true . Some happenings timely done.

Dislikes

On experience , company seniors have abused on talks to show off whole focus their on to wrong profits only. Not respectful as policies runs by 10 years. Supervisors do terror behaves . Unable to understand.
