HR leader itself was hired and terminated in 4months. 2) Company financials are too bad. Share price is very low. 3) Major business is getting sold off. many stores were closed 4) No consistent topline leadership team. changed twice in last 1year 5) No strong leader at Hyderabad GCC to support and fight for its team. 6) CTC structure is very attractive and impressive.
