Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

(1) No pros only bad politics and toxicity.

(1) Some senior drink at night and shout and harass you . I don't understand who has given them right to harass you . Some senior are really good but they are one of the worst senior and colleagues I have ever meet. (2) Toxic work culture. (3) Bad infrastructure. 4. Harassment is common in the workplace. (5) Employee relatives are given more preference. (6) Bad politics,No transparency shown while giving appraisal. Only bad politics and harassment ,toxicity is there for getting promotions and appraisal. (7) Working here is totally nightmare here.
