First they hire you at low salary gives you hope that they will increase it after probation but it doesn't happen. They only hire freashers so there is no chance of learning you have to learn things by yourself. There are just a copy paste day to day operations and you literally have no chance of getting experience. Work culture is really toxic there and this is why they are losing employees and worst part is the office politics there and the hiring department is mess....Read More
