Regional Heads and Country Head are on verge of retiring.. They don't value new ideas. All they are more concerned is of managing revenue to keep Board members in dark.. Just a matter of 1-2 years that this brand will shut down due to inefficient management of RH and Country Head.

To quickly adopted the remote working and wfh policy. Completely shuting down traditional office setups and moving into smaller co-working spaces, shows that organization might have ignored the benefits of people/team bonding which happens in office environment. Also the environment is too much work oriented, rarely fun sessions or employee engagement activities happen.
