I had the worst experience while working at Adret Software primarily due to a lack of professionalism. There was a lack of job security as they hired candidates on the same date for their purposes and within a week they fired the candidates often without giving any clear reason. The company lacked proper documentation and paperwork. I faced a lack of job security and the company's financial instability. At the end of each month, there was a pattern of attempting to find fault with employee's work to delay salary payment. My personal experience in Adret was marred by a false allegation which is made against me by the company owner, which I was able to disprove with evidence. Subsequently, I decided to resign from the company. Despite the company owner asking for a discussion I declined. His communication style is often disrespectful, towards all the employees. His use of abusive language and lack of professionalism create a difficult work environment. Additionally, his understanding of the IT industry seems limited, as the company appeared to operate more like a BPO than an IT firm. Reflecting on my time at Adret I believe it was a mistake to join and work there. I would advise potential candidates to think twice before considering this company as their employer. Nothing is Good there. Company just destroyed all employees career only.

Lots of things: They have hired and fired policy. They terminate their employees without any reason. After serving notice period they not provide Relieving letter. They behave employees Badly. CEO haven't manners to talk with female employees. Disgusting company don't weast your time. I seen 11 months working candidate they terminate without any reason. So be careful from this company.

Good environment, friendly environment. MD and Operation Manager are cordial enough, they help all the employees at every stage and help them grow. Employee friendly company.Overall great environment.
