You will find good team members in most of the projects . Work pressure is less . They will give bonus some times , which is outside of ctc . They serve food occasionally . Good for more experienced people like (>12 years ). They can settle here . If you get good leader by chance , you will be recognised for your work .
Most of the leaders are settled in adp for almost 20 years , but they are not utilising this for good cause . They try to do politics to save their position . Almost all leaders are non technical (they just have functional knowledge ) . These many non technical leaders not required for any company this is big threat in long run . Leaders feel that the growth employee should be step by step , they don't consider if you grow beyond their expectation . (In terms of finance ) . Some leaders feel that they own ADP . THAT IS MORE LAUGHABLE moment. They should not restrict developers from cutting edge technologies , they should adapt new age technologies , but currently this is not happening in adp .
