Very friendly environment and safe. I liked the activities conducted like yoga, zumba Or anyother (this was before covid) . So with work we have lot of other activities to participate on our intrest like the csr Or annual day .

Company was very excellent and the atmosphere also very good and ADP is a very good company. I can say, and I have very good memories in ADP. I like very much. I want to come back and I want to work in ADP once Again

Some managers are giving Partiality to some member and They are playing corporate politics with employees. It’s sometimes it’s not good.

Company is a global giant, it has a good brand. ADP has a good leadership for a service driven company.

-The growth is too slow, the hikes are usually very low no matter how profitable the company is. -There is no pay parity, you can be paid anything they like..there are no slaray slabs/bands for people working at same level -ADP in India is a very below average pay masters -HR team is almost non existant.. they have no touch points or backbone to address employee -there are 0 perks.. literally 0 perks to work here. No reward, recognition..bonuses are paid low..they treat you like a typical lala company in terms of pay.. single digits hike no matter how low your salary is.....Read More

It’s a great place to work. You will create a comfort zone with this company. The leave benefits and health allowances are best. You will not feel like you are working but it feels like a part of your life. You will definitely enjoy working with ADP.

There will be frequent management and leadership changes. Due to which employees has to start performing again and has to prove themselves to the new leader. By the team there is an opportunity created for the employees again a chnage in leadership will happen.

It's just a good company with a decent package for a fresher , initially it's good but the year end it would be too hectic and unavoidable.

The work life balance is bad , there is no bonuses unlike other companies, there is no additional perks like sodexo coupons , there no Diwali,new year gifts

Worst company in terms of salary. Stay here for 10 years, butter managers and you will survive even if you have zero knowledge. They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. Nothing, the ADP is very different from what he were or hear about it. There are disgusting things going on in ADP and complete management is part of it. 80% of girls in ADP holds good position as they do everything asked by the male senior managers. Ther r shared among the managers and then they get promoted and this is the realityas I have evidence for the same. Many a times the male executives bring their wife's and share then with senior managers. Because middle managers more than 10 plus years will feel and behave like business owners and trample others. - Pathetic leadership especially middle management. If they don't like you then you are targetted though you perform good. They will make you to leave the company by yourself. You will face such a mental harrasement. - Worst free food - Medical insurance reimbursement is not digitized. You have to courier all your original documents. - Variable pay is not even paid 50% as shown in offer - Hikes are less than 2% sometimes no hikes - During go-lives you have to extend and support 15 to 16 hours - Worst Casual leaves.
