ADP is the great place to learn payroll & Tax. I love the work culture most. The plus point is job responsibility given to every individual is very clear and specified.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, ans we work happily in collaboration. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also client allocation is little high for individuals.

Generally speaking, I love the job which was assigned to me, every day i have learned new amendments implemented by govt. i got good understanding with clients.It will be great learning experience.

I've worked with ADP as a US Payroll Analyst -Client Services and then with Rayden Interactive as a Senior Implementation Analyst -Client Success. My last drawn CTC was 12lakhs p.a and I'm not searching for a better position as well as pay out(15-18lakhs p.a) Suggestions, referrals would be very helpful... Thank you so much!
