I have overall experience of 2.5 years in customer service, I have recently been selected in accenture for inside sales all the rounds are completed. The hr asked my expectations and i said I am expecting a 30% hike, to which he just raised an eyebrow, I know it will not be possible but i am okay to settle for a 20% hike given I don't have experience in sales, however I wanted to see if accenture gives out bonus/incentives for such role or not as it's nit defined anywhere and the final discussion about this is pending so i don't know if bonus/incentives are given out by accenture.
If anyone knows please let me know the same, also is it better that i stick to my 30% hike given accenture has not been providing any promotions or hikes for the past 3 years and i might get stuck as well in the same issue or should I settle for 20%.
FYI - I am from hyderabad, I got selected in accenture HDC5
