They will take people from Customer Service background in core HR team who have zero knowledge. 1. There is no work-life balance. 2. Doesn't know how to treat subordinates professionally. 3. No training & development is given at all to the newly hired employees. 4. HRBP doesn't take any action inspite of raising so many complaints raised by multiple employees for the same reporting manager. 5. Talks to their subordinates in a very ugly way.

It’s a great place to work. You will create a comfort zone with this company. The leave benefits and health allowances are best. You will not feel like you are working but it feels like a part of your life. You will definitely enjoy working with ADP.

Dislikes

There will be frequent management and leadership changes. Due to which employees has to start performing again and has to prove themselves to the new leader. By the team there is an opportunity created for the employees again a chnage in leadership will happen.
