1. Takes initiative for Employee engagement activities. 2. Provides cab facilities.

Dislikes

1. There is no work-life balance. 2. Doesn't know how to treat subordinates professionally. 3. No training & development is given at all to the newly hired employees. 4. HRBP doesn't take any action inspite of raising so many complaints raised by multiple employees for the same reporting manager. 5. Talks to their subordinates in a very ugly way.

Could anyone from Barclays provide more details about the responsibilities of a Personal Banker? I'm a bit uncertain about the role. I've heard it can be quite hectic, involving handling numerous customer calls daily. Is that accurate? Additionally, is it true that getting leaves when needed can be challenging, and that the role resembles a call center job?
