In ADP the calculation of each and everything is automated, simultaneously which provides an opportunity to capture business .

The biggest loathe is to match the time zone. Since I manage Australian clients so I have to login by 4 early morning.

I have never worked in a company who pays your performance incentives from your monthly salary and then deduct that amount when the time arrives for the variable payout. It's a clear scam that the management is doing. When was moved to other department successfully, they cancelled the movement and got me back to where I was rather than moving me in another dpt. Nothing, the ADP is very different from what he were or hear about it. There are disgusting things going on in ADP and complete management is part of it. 80% of girls in ADP holds good position as they do everything asked by the male senior managers. Ther r shared among the managers and then they get promoted and this is the realityas I have evidence for the same. Many a times the male executives bring their wife's and share then with senior managers.
