Dislikes

Unjustified Bond of 3 Years. Very Toxic & Depressing Culture. No appreciation for your work & effort. No Job Security. Vey Bad Political Culture. Even the HR are not Supportive of Employees.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
