It is hard to identify good but probably if you’re lucky then you might find few good team mates who encourages you to work and provide the help you might need which you expect from your assigned buddy.

Dislikes

1. Training period of 3-4 weeks in which you get useless trainer who has a task to make you ratto-fy the learning material to clear the test & go for next level which is “Nesting”. 2. Nesting is another 3-4 weeks period where they give you some revenue targets. *From the second day onwards a sword will be on your head to clear your training and nesting otherwise they will throw you out of the company. So this is their strategy for new folks to invest their day & night in this training as if it is some kind of Govt exam we have to prepare for. 3. FTC & FTE (contract & direct) you will get 0 benefits if you join as FTC (from 3rd party payroll). 4. During nesting you will be introduced to your manager, your assigned buddy and your team. Buddy will be of no use as they have their own targets to meet and hence you will be again lucky if somebody handholds you and tells you what is the process & how it works. 4. They give you tremendous pressure even when they would know he/she is new in the system. 5. No work life balance. People are going through medical issues m like depression, anxiety attacks, heart attacks, stress, etc. 6. Basic hygiene of work is not available. Using ancient tools where you wouldn’t see right information. Now they are planning to replace their tools but God knows when will it get implement. 7. It is not an employee centric nor customer centric organisation. Customer get harassed every now and then to stop contacting them by so many people but employees can’t do that because management has not found any way to add a note section which can be visible to employees and not to make a call or send email to the client as requested by them....Read More

Worst company to work in. The managers are not there to support you but to degrade you. The quality of work is pathetic. No work life balance. Upper management is setting rules which is not appropriate to make a good environment.

Dislikes

Night shift Management is very strict and doesn’t treat you like human beings
