You don't have to visit office one can work from anywhere.

Dislikes

There is no culture or work place to work. I have never met my team mates once since i am working. There is no work process or after sales services. Company isn't process oriented and worst response to queries for myself and my partner. No incentives No petrol expenses they can tell you in oral but you'll never get it.

There is great platform to perform. In COVID-19 pandemic the company didn’t cut off our salaries. Infact, promotion has also been done with increment.

When I joined as an assistant sales manager (Management trainee) whole year my boss miss guided me that I can’t take credit and my sales credit goes to another girl. When I discussed with my Hr he told me that I was eligible for everything. There is a lot politics and favortism in the company
