They do open up opportunities once you've stayed beyond than 2 years but the competition and politics is too high. You don't just need to network but also please seniors for some unknown reason.

Dislikes

Practically zilch employee welfare, a poor boss growing through the ranks simply based on number of years without upgrading skills or management style is not uncommon, unnecessary hiring of management trainees for role that don't even need MTs and the worst thing to experience is your boss not knowing how to best utilize your knowledge or even what to do with you once hired. Professionals seeking serious growth, challenging roles and good opportunities have switched within a couple of years, those who stay back have been absorbed into the system and seem to be comfortable in their bubble....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
