Great organisation to work for, with a very collaborative work culture and a top management with strong foresight. One can be a witness to and a part of the changes in the retail landscape in the country driven by the brand teams across multiple functions. 1. Excellent leave policy 2. E mphasis on learning and development through in-house and external sources. 3. Choice to take up roles across different functions to get an overall understanding of the business. 4. Easy to approach people who are willing to help you grow. Even the topmost management are a call/ email away if need be. 5. Leadership that is fairly transparent with business decisions that negatively or positively affect the company and the employees in particular. 6. Dislikes

1. Compensation - Especially post covid has been poor. 2. Work environment within certain teams can be extremely toxic with little recourse.

Work Details

It has been an extremely interesting and my learning curve has been steep. In my first stint, worked with leaders who were extremely supportive yet firm and clear in their expectations, while providing the necessary guidance and tools to succeed.
