I’m in HR department. The only pro of working in this organisation is that there is job security. Even if you are 0, knowledge wise, you’ll still get your salary credited on time.

There are a million things to dislike.. • Completely Work from office, even in covid. If you wish to work from home you have to put a leave instead. Also, They don’t even give leaves (which an employee is entitled to). • Whenever an employee is on leave - they are STILL EXPECTED TO WORK. Which says a lot about their stupid culture. • Their processes are of ancient times. Everything is manual as if they are still living in paper-file era. This takes up a lot of your time and you end up spending 6 hr for a 1 hr task. • If you’re joining as a management trainee, pls don’t join this company because you will not be involved in strategic projects or anything meaningful, you will end up doing something which will not lift up your CV value. Especially in HR. • This is a company with many hierarchies, you will not end up implementing anything, I.e you won’t be able to take any decisions. Which means - no autonomy AT ALL. • Only if you join as an ABGLP, you MIGHT be able to work on SOME strategic projects (only if you’re lucky). • Don’t get fooled by the good CTC package, you will only regret it when you won’t be able to find a job outside ABC (because you will be higher than the market standards with no fair knowledge justification for your salary). • The roles they provide, does not justify their salaries.They usually pay WAY too high for zero knowledge holders. • Culture is very toxic. Politics everywhere. Even in HR department. • They will give you a base office location but expect you to travel from one extreme part of Mumbai to other extreme part of Mumbai and with no travel reimbursements. • Absolutely no training given for anything....Read More

There is no doubt that the Aditya Birla Group is one of the leading organizations in India. However, like in every organization, there are some channels where certain senior employees have no genuine motive for the success of that channel. They are merely interested in passing their time by any means. Unfortunately I joined that channel in Aditya Birla money Ltd. The channel name is "FPD or PTA"

My feedback is only and only for ABML - FPD or PTA channel. In this channel, there is strong groupism among the heads, including the HRHead, Channel Head, Compliance Officer and Training Head. there is no appreciation for genuine business efforts. Only those who belong to their select group receive rewards, incentives and recognition. In most organizations career growth is based on the business MIS. However, in this channel, they frequently change the data parameters according to their preferences, ensuring only their selected people qualify for incentives and recognition. When someone begins to expose their manipulative tactics, this group of channel heads smartly funds ways to remove that person from the channel to protect themselves. ABHI They Hire you by wrong information and designation and then on 3rd month ask you resign forcefully saying they don’t need you anymore as you can’t perform as per there expectations. Worst insurance company to be in if you’re in sales there HR doesn’t even support you .

Operations are 10-12x slow!!! 🦥 When the same file is disbursed within 2-3 days by other competitors,then why do Aditya birla capital takes 12-15 days for the same work!! Rather being a huge brand it sould work on speedy work!

No support for Agency Partners from Managers and Team to build up the strong team in licensing and activation process whereas for FLS they support a lot & do mapping of lot of Advisors. Even we are not respected by other staff members. Really feel very embarrassed and disappointed by the way they treat us.
