I am working as a Lead Recruiter here for around 3 years and seriously the culture out here really is awesome which no company can match to. I never thought I will get attached to the company in work wise and also the culture they follow. Coming to compensation in one word i can explain work hard n surely you will get paid more thanthe market standard with lot of incentives and coming to the growth they are clear on the mbo process they follow. Even worth mentioning when personally i needed help financially n mentally i found this family always next to me in my bad times.I would surely proudly say that I am now an Aditian.
