The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straigh in a day.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire projects handling and distribution life cycle as well as manage day -to-day yeild operations.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
