management are very dominating ,Andreia Otto is worst director in the organisation,she is very possessive,does micro management and waste company money a lot by doing lots of trips of no use and results. She favours 2-3 employee blindly who are pure waste and don't know anything.

Nothing to like Its highly insecure of your job you are highly troubled your manager. Because If you complain to senior Director than he said You have to adjust with your team and manager

Indirectly they are fire you. Because leadership is not strong. So please ready for interview If you are in adidas. Don’t trust to adidas. HR also not support you. If you try to change team and explore new skill than you are zombie for manager and you are work as per your manager and dont explore skill and don’t try for promotion than you are god for your manager.
