No job security. Management is not clear with their point of views . no vision and long term plan with this company. Daily come up with new policy and they can fire employees and force them to resign on immediate basis. Mental health will not remain good with AddRec.

It's my first job here and will complete 1 year nearly and it's long time and best time to give reviews for this company. I can surely tell, that we have a best work culture, management, job + personal security, best policies, and the best part is freedom of speech.
