If you want a stable and secured job, then it's a 5 star organization to work. Decent facilities, decent salary hike every year. But if you want to learn quickly and want to contribute to high critical operations then you have to spend at least 3 years here.

Dislikes

The Technia partners from Sweden, Germany, US do not trust and faith on addnode Indian employees. You need to 2-3 years just to build trust and bonding with them. Then will be offered good work, very good increment.

Great worklife balance bcz there is no work in the company they just hire to bill engineers from clients and will FIRE if you don't self occupy yourself within organisations in CHAPLUSI

This is offshore centre with body shopping business policies. Hence mgmt hire just as per the order from different small units. No good hikes, good configuration laptop is one of the benefit 😂

Terrible management. No basic facilities or policies in place for employees. No team outings. No birthday gifts. Even they are not giving complete free vaccination! No forum to put your complaints in. HR will never listen to your concerns.

Management! Salary appraisals are late by 6 Months each year. Management gets personal if you give your concerns or feedbacks. I got harassed purposefully.

Politics Biased No job security Will call you on 22nd of month and tell you to complete handover in 8 days and not join from first of next month Will not provide any sort of professional support. Only capable of dumping the work on you and expect results without setting expectations
