Only the work from home is the good part , rest everything ws bad . It was a horrible experience. This company is not at s we e4

Dislikes

Our manager harrasses is for months, we complaint about him to our supervisors and hr but still no action was taken. At the end everyone from our team left the job. My main reason to leave that job was because of the manager but nobody helped. Manager passed weird flirty comments and still no action was taken. Pathetic management system. Would not recommend working here to anyone .

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
