No professionalism, no work ethics at all. They cut our salary, didn't give us the increment, we were not even paid our incentives for about 10 months. They asked us to work for the benefit of the company in these tough times, we did, but in return, they mass fired us citing 'business restructuring' as their reason. They made us work extra for various projects and when they got what they wanted, they simply laid us off....Read More

No job security, no humanity. Despite generating 5x revenue during the pandemic (all because of our hard work) they mass fired those who were working with full honesty and trusting that the company will stand with them shoulder to shoulder in such a tough situation. If the company had not generated the revenue, this lay off would have been understood. But this was not the case. Also, they don't provide any facility to their employees. No free transport, no childcare, no wfh (except during this pandemic), no team outings, nothing....Read More
