Unlike other companies, the founders are really serious about raising the company to new heights and this is why they work really hard on client and employee satisfaction. It's been just 7 months since i joined but still i have never worked in a more positive environment before.

People are helpful because you will be drowned with work pressure. Without help you won't survive, everybody knows that. They will expect you to learn everything on your own. Adbuffs claims to be free from micromanagement but that's not true. Many will poke there nose in your work while your manager won't care what you do, neither he will have any idea what's happening with accounts, you will be left alone. At EOD you will burn out yourself from overworking and you have to work 24x7, even on weekends which they glorify. Do not trust the ratings here, everything is a facade. One of the many things I like in here is Work-Life balance. Having a Work-Life balance in these busy days is really important for every individual. This is something I have never experienced in any of my previous company. Also I would like to mention the work satisfaction is great while developing and learning.

Dislikes

No dislike as such but would like to suggest something like maybe introduce some learning and developing workshops.
