People are helpful because you will be drowned with work pressure. Without help you won't survive, everybody knows that. They will expect you to learn everything on your own. Adbuffs claims to be free from micromanagement but that's not true. Many will poke there nose in your work while your manager won't care what you do, neither he will have any idea what's happening with accounts, you will be left alone. At EOD you will burn out yourself from overworking and you have to work 24x7, even on weekends which they glorify. Do not trust the ratings here, everything is a facade. One of the many things I like in here is Work-Life balance. Having a Work-Life balance in these busy days is really important for every individual. This is something I have never experienced in any of my previous company. Also I would like to mention the work satisfaction is great while developing and learning.

No dislike as such but would like to suggest something like maybe introduce some learning and developing workshops.

Too many aspects to love about Adbuffs. The founders keep the culture the most friendly and comfortable. Employees' concerns are always heard and resolved carefully. Work-life balance checked. Learning exposure checked. Less politics. If you give your level best, Adbuffs won't let you down.. You will be encouraged and appreciated.

The management of the company is too good. All the team members are very friendly and helpful as well. The job security overall is very good to be relied upon. There are many opportunities to portray the talent as the company deals with many good brands as well as abroad brands.

Work-Life was a bit hectic as the entire work procedure was done from home. Salary is not too much high as expected but it is ok according to the position of work

I am working with adbuffs for around 1 year and I am really satisfied with the work, learning day by day. Team leaders are too good and helpful. The office is just not a workplace but also became a second family for me.

I love the culture and transparency that the company has maintained even after growing so much. The open door policy stems across departments, even with so many layers in hierarchy everyone is treated equally and respectfully.

Dislikes

A lot of the design team works remotely and I wish i could meet them more often in office to build a relationship.
