If you are at entry level this is the best place to take up your career, your patience and ability to grasp apportunity is what matters. But I feel despite of my efforts of going out of the way to work for the organisation is not being recognised, the recognition of my work is not being done and this is where I feel demotivated and downgraded.

Family engagement programs are excellent. Township facilities are superb.

There is a lot of politics and Grouping of a particular previous company background l group. Management never address problems and issues. Growth rate here is extremely slow.

Work life is very hard here. Senior management mostly non supporting and always demotivating. As a brand name adani might be an excellent company but these site locations like mundra solar have high level of grouping politics in work culture.
