There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. The company does not provide food or accommodation. Leave system is so bad...

Not supporting for covid 19 they are pushing us to come duty without other allowance and we also working 25hours on Sunday without any allowance

Salary is not enough to maintain the family, increment also not fullfil by our employee need they are pushing us to work thats all happening

We are all like slavers for the company, shift superintendent or supervisor can sleep in duty otherwise if we are sleeping means we have to write the appology letter.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
