In pipavav port doctor on 3rd party roll. Doctor's and paramedics contract given to CDC, mumbai base company by APM terminal. Shift duty schedule. Salary on time

Dislikes

Delay payment after resignation, take more than 100 day after resignation. Local public issue like. Village asking for Ambulance without emergency, village toxic patient No social life No leave on sunday and holiday No support from APM or CDC.

Employee oriented company. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Good transportation facilities for the employees staying outside port. Good colony at port. Various functions are organized on festival days. Training is given to employees. Good salary. Enjoyed working here.

Likeables like professionalism, high quality performance, healthy peer competition and cooperation were conspicuous by their absence, mediocre and schemesters ruled the roost.

There was hardly anything that could even remotely catch up with professionalism and elitism. I had worked 5 years with Dr D Subbarao who rose to become the Governor of RBI: that was zenith of service career, and working with Nikhil Gandhi was unequivocally the nadir of my service career
