Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Food: They have superb canteen facility and delicious food, variety, quality and services of food is worth mentioning here. There is also a arrangement of food for fasting people. Infrastructure: Nice and huge buildings and all necessary equipments and well organised laboratories with employee safety arrangements. In built medical facilities and annual medical checkups.
