Political corruption, poor leadership including CEO, VP, Sr. VP and CDO level management. It's a place torvive only if you have a political linkage and are ready to work like a slave.

Some managers were terrible.Gives poor appraisals to subordinates but they themselves oil shamelessly their seniors for promotion. HR people at head offc/ corp offc are mosy traumatic and makes all new joinees fool. In adani, most productive people are HR, technical persons are very much ignored.
