5.5 days a week working which technically turns out to be 6 days a week, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM. Literally, killing the work life balance. For promotions, usually it takes 3 years minimum and that too depends on your manager. Growth potentials are poor. Tavel policies were last approved in 2018 and being followed even after 6 years, without any updates. Technically, on official tours one ends up paying from his/her own pocket. For example, daily food allowance is limited to Rs. 150 to 750, can someone eat all three meals in this amount?? Shantigram in Ahmedabad is super expansive and there are not much options nearby for renting out flats for families. Schools are 15-22 kms away, city, Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad is about 20 kms away each and they both are in opposite directions from corporate office....Read More
