Very nice and supportive team mates as well as team lead. Excellent office ambience, very clean, comfortable and hygienic. On time salary disbursement. Very good cafeteria.

Dislikes

Though salary is on time, but career growth is very slow. Lot of complexity in internal processes, hence working gets slow down

Rampant micromanaging by top leaders. Rude behaviour by senior leaders. Growth is slow and not always dependent on performance. Too much use of paper. Approval queue is slow and unnecessarily long e.g., hiring of a semi-skilled worker in site will require clearance of the CEO! Benefits provided on site are not optimal.
