Hiring management is a bit supportive but they too don't care once onboarded. Concerned HR will be of no help.

Once deployed at client location the concerned HR from TeamLease will be of no help. Even if you try to contact they will be least available. Will be taking off any award money you get from client. Which is very unjustified. Work environment is very disposable, because there is no job security. Client can decide to lay you off anytime and TeamLease will not keep you on bench or pay you anything unless you are deployed....Read More

Nothing even the senior manager behavior is not good. They will you work on Sunday as well as they will call you at night and ask about work. There is no work life balance.

Every little things even when you're right they will say "paper daal do" . The senior manager shout on every little things and if you're right and you start giving explanation to them they will not listen you once and say bag uthaao Or nikal jaoo yha se in front of everyone. There's no respect of employees.

It's been 4 months I have joined Teamlease, I havent faced any issues, Manager is quite supportive in terms of work, helping the team for any sort of issues,motivates the team to perform better, helps the team to upgrade to the next level learning new skills & flexible work timings.

Nothing as such.. I haven't experienced any dislikes during my tenure so far.

There is no job security. They will take employee as contract but not tell to employee. Once employee release from client project at same day teamlease will release. That time they will mening our contract last date....like this. Also they will not create email I'd form teamlease. Teamlease will contact with you with your personal email or client email. Pls don't go with this company 🙏

Expenses providing too delay 3to6 months And unnecessary deduction in experience and salary with un explainable reason in small amount like 300-600.etc.
