Team supports each other in case an employee in any difficult situation personal or professional. The company is expected to grow and improve in coming years. Work life balance is also decent.

Dislikes

Politics is there within the company and senior management also doesn’t connect with you much. Most importantly there is a notice period of 3 months and in case even you are ill or something then you and your manager (if he is willing to) have to struggle hard in order to avoid the extension of notice period. Work Details

The job was interesting in the beginning since I had to learn alot but then no formal training was provides as such, had to learn everything on the jobs. Grabbed opportunities and supported the team in various other roles as well.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
