The appraisals are very poor considering the growth of the company. It doesn't believes in providing a good increment even when you have performed good. Expectations from employees remain sky high but the same isn't reflected in the benefits provided.

2 days work from office. Affordable canteen. Work load depends on the client and the capability of the team.

Same old very obvious points: it's all about your designation. You get more benefits as you grow older in the organisation. Juniors/freshers do not get the same leeway. And work timings are flexible but that also means that sometimes you have to push beyond 8 hours. It really depends on your efficiency and overall team plus client.

The company has an open door policy and it allows you to connect with anyone in a team to discuss your key challenges or get mentorship about your future. Also, company offers a great salary benefit's to their employee's and ensure a great work life balance.

Dislikes

Company can be more focused towards the technology development as it enables an additional business opportunity to grow and acquire the market. However, the company has already started the work towards it but it would be great if they can prioritize and plan in more better way.
