Nothing great as the company looks only with their own benefits & requirements. When the requirement of the company is over they will ask the employee to leave the company.

The management of the company is very poor. Ull find no one is helpful in the company. The worst thing of any organisation is that the employees will never know the facts unless spends intial 6 months in the company.

The target given to the Business development personnel is realistic and achievable based on the target of the organisation, unlike other companies wherein target for BD person is 2x of the original target. Since its a service industry + regulated industry, it is difficult to sell a regulated product & services. It has its own challenges but at the same time you get to learn more about selling in a niche industry.
