This is a good place for learning. The colleagues are good, friendly and welcoming. Everyday is an opportunity if you can find it. You will be able to plan your days. Your work can be driven by you. The work pressure is less in terms of quantity.

Dislikes

There is no help from the Superiors. The management is very poor. It is equvalent to a start up and the organization is not interested in making any expenditure on technological development. The job might be good but you have to rely on your own. Sometimes it seems like the company knows its weakness but is not willing to change even a bit.

Work Details

There is work life balance generally. Most of its Saturdays are off. There is no motivation in terms of monetary or even non-monetary.
