Highly energetic Team to work with and learn lot of New technologies. A perfect place for Career growth as well as Salary growth.

Dislikes

As there will be lot of Organizational changes, Job Security will always be in employees mind. However no such firing has happened, but still employees will have uncertainty in their mind.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
