NGO तो अच्छा है लेकिन जामतारा FCO में बहुत पॉलिटिक्स होता है ,नीचे लेवल के जितने स्टाफ है जैसे FCO और LO दोनो गेम बहुत करते है एम्प्लॉय के साथ।

For hardworkers its a good firm.

There is no proper hierarchy system in the ASA, freshers are directly reporting to Directors, there are not enough managers or sr. managers. There are no perks and benefits for over time workings, even of you are working on saturday you won't be able to get compensation or any extra leave. Saturdays are only off on papers not in reality.
