This company provides flexibility in choosing tasks. The overall atmosphere is suitable. People-based in the office are much appreciated and get a better chance. In general, has some learning opportunities for the early career stage with a rapdily growing client base and technologies, with helpful colleagues and HR.

Dislikes

The company is full of complacent young people who think they are superior to all others.

This is a good company with a nice environment where you can improve your profession and increase your proficiency in the different processes of the company. It's a very challenging and very rapid step environment. Lots of chances to grow and learn here. The people are overall cool and it's a nice working atmosphere.

Dislikes

Nothing, the work culture is awesome, I have no complaints.

It is a good way to work and train, I am really satisfied managing in this production. They have proved strong tools and systems to do each class of design. I loved my experience at the company and ordered it gave me a great business experience.

Dislikes

Working time goes long usually.

I am really satisfied to be working in his industry. This company has established strong tools and techniques to do each kind of plan. I loved my time here and felt it gave me vast industry experience.

Dislikes

They are outstanding. I have learned a lot from them and I don't have any suggestions for growth.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
