One of my favorite locations to work in is ACTE. The company where I was hired, Pillar Technology, was acquired by ACTE in 2021, and the transition has been excellent! ACTE is made up of a diverse group of skilled people whose contributions make it what it is. In terms of consultancy, I can't think of a finer organization to work for.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
