I learned the work by my co-workers, whatever the complaints/tickets are given by me i make 100% troubleshoot, without repeating that problem. Excellent Team Leader. Actually i had applied for NOC Position i'm CCNA Certified, but they placed in Field job. Any how i learned ground work. There is no balancing in Life. Full of Pressure by Head. Whatever the complaints some days we worked from 8 AM-12 AM also in Feild. But there is no support given by company for 1-hour late coming to Feild. And main thing is Politics main by TL's and senior executive.
