Management is not supportive when we do work in field, salary hike when u reach target every month then u I'll get salary hike

When I need material from store or I need to take materials someone it's very slow process if u work to Hard no can say u done well job...they need only activation they won't think that what NE is doing in field

Beginning I am hard worker I am interesred to learn more but they haven't support for material which I need, I need to wait still anthor NE finish his work then I'll get splicing machine worst experience in my life

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
