Nothing, if your good at bucking then you will survive in analytics department, else manager will create such a crucial atmosphere and make you feel insecure to work in this organisation. Out of 10 employees 8 have issues with the managers, the employees who are staying there more than 12 years will play incredible politics, even there managers feel insecure to stay in that company

Dislikes

Dislike everything, if playing office politics and showing toxicity to there team is an art, then Hemanth from analytics department bangalore is Picasso of it.
