Hr intimated me after documentation we discuss salary she intimated that they will provide 12k by hand I have 2years experience with CSA role. I negotiated with hr then she offered me 20k by hand and i accept the offer but again she called and said sorry management is not agree with package and they will provide you 17k by hand and that to i accept it. I didn't get any offer letter the joining date has arrived I called her and she said sorry hr department is not ok with your package we will offer only 14k by hand which is my previous company CTC in vizag.
